The Empordà firm has just put the ecologically manufactured Clos de la Torre olive oil on the market. It comes from different varieties of olives. This is a very fruity, sweet and balanced oil.
Furthermore, the company has begun commercialising the Garriguella black olive harvest, an ideal product to emulsify with olive oil, to add to anchovy pâté and fresh basil, or fish dishes.
Additionally, there is also the green olive harvest, which, thanks to its freshness and acid hint, is highly recommended for aperitifs or on canapés, as the firm itself indicates.
