OLI DE PARTICULAR extra virgin oil is a blend of the Argudell and Picual varieties, produced exclusively on our Garriguella and Espolla farms, in Alt Empordà (Girona). It is a fruity and very intense oil. Complete and balanced, with an astringent finish and a bright greenish-yellow color. With green notes of vegetables and green almonds. The bitterness and spiciness are perceived as balanced.
