CLOS DE LA TORRE extra virgin olive oil, made with the varieti Koroneiki, produced exclusively on the Clos de la Torre estate in Garriguella and Espolla, in Alt Empordà (Girona). It is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures. Cold extraction. Its flavor is slightly sweet, moderately spicy and bitter, as well as highly fruity with notes of apple and banana.
