The Clos de la Torre Olive Oil is awarded in Jerusalem

The Clos de la Torre Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is produced by the olive oil manufacturing company located in l’Empordà, a farm between Garriguella and Peralada, has received the Prestige Gold in the Terraolivo 2011 competition. It took place in Jerusalem some days ago, in the framework of the second edition of the Terraolivo International Congress. More than 400 producers around the world attended the congress. Conferences and tastings were arranged in the congress, as well as a small hall with machinery and technology manufacturers of the olive oil industry. More than 300 samples were presented in the competition, where The Clos de la Torre Extra Virgin Olive Oil from l’Alt Empordà –a very fruity and well balanced oil in the top of the range–, was awarded.
